WINNERS CIRCLE MEMBERSHIPS ON SALE
Initial Deposit As Low As Fifty Dollars Can Reserve Priority Seating
Mobile, AL – Alabama Motorsports Park, A Dale Earnhardt Jr.
Speedway is beginning the sale of Winners Circle memberships on
Tuesday, November 14. Applications can be downloaded at www.alabamamotorsportspark.com.
Winners Circle members select their favorite seating location and
then can purchase their assigned seats in their favorite area for
any event in the motorsports venues before tickets go on sale to
the general public. “Race fans know where they like to sit
to watch the action,” said Bill Futterer, managing member
of PSE-3, the marketing firm for Gulf Coast Entertainment, L.L.C. “This
unique program lets fans always sit where they want to sit without
having to purchase tickets to every event. They also know they
can always get the best seats to every event, regardless of how
tough it may be to get tickets.”
The program is available to fans as well as businesses said Futterer. “Many
facilities offer special seating to businesses that is not available
to fans,” he said. “But race fans are the backbone
of the sport, and we’re committed to give all fans the same
opportunities provided to businesses and industry to reserve the
best seats in the house.”
There are six levels of membership, with one-time fees from $500
to $5,000 per seat to let fans and businesses choose from different
prices and areas, including climate-controlled seating. Only a
10% initial deposit is required with the application, with the
balance of payments due prior to the opening of the park.
“This is good for everyone,” added Futterer. “A
condo or hotel owner who rents to tourists can make sure guests
can always
get tickets and have great seats without having to commit to buying
tickets to every event. Casinos can assure that VIPs receive the
level of service they expect.”
Applications will be processed based on their postmarks, so corporate
customers and fans will be treated equally in seating assignments.
Winners Circle program details are available in the application
on the website. Planned membership benefits include discounts on
race tickets and track merchandise, priority for purchasing RV
park slips, and priority access to special track areas and services. “We’ve
got provisions for fans to transfer their memberships to others
should that need arise,” said Futterer, “and the application
even enables people to choose alcohol-free and tobacco-free seating
or seating reserved for disabled patrons .”
Approximately half the seats in the oval track have been designated
for Winners Circle seating. “We’ll adjust the pricing
and number of Winners Circle seats available as we go forward,” said
Futterer. “But we wanted to get these to fans as soon as
possible since they can make terrific holiday gifts.”
“
We
want Alabama Motorsports Park to be a more than just a race track,
but a fan experience as well. With a Winners Circle membership,
that guarantees you a good seat at every event and more,” said
Dale Earnhardt Jr. “As much time as I spend at race tracks,
I know that it’s important to give the fans a good overall
experience, aside from the great racing. This Winner’s Circle
membership program gives those fans a head start on a good time.”
Alabama Motorsports Park, A Dale Earnhardt Jr. Speedway is a property
of Gulf Coast Entertainment, L.L.C. The entertainment complex is
planned to house four racing venues, retail shopping, restaurants,
an RV resort, and other venues such as music theaters. The investors
plan to open the complex for racing in the fall of 2009 and to
be fully operational in 2010. |
